ClubMarket SG is an independent listings platform that lets members of the public advertise private club memberships for sale and lets interested buyers find and contact them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any club. We are not a party to any transaction between users, we do not broker or facilitate transfers, and we do not hold, process, or escrow any funds. Every membership transfer is completed directly with the relevant club, subject to that club's own rules and approval.
You need an account to create listings and to message other users. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Listings must be accurate, must relate to a membership you genuinely own or are authorised to sell, and should disclose known transfer or entrance fees. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including duplicates and listings that appear inaccurate or misleading. You grant us permission to display your content on the site for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; impersonate another person; harvest other users' personal data; use the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing; attempt to interfere with, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site; or use ClubMarket SG for anything unlawful.
The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not independently verify listings, memberships, prices, fees, or the identity of users, and we make no warranty that any membership is transferable, that a club will approve a transfer, or that any transaction will be completed. You should confirm all details directly with the relevant club before committing to anything or paying any money.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubMarket SG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any dealings, agreements, or disputes between users, or from any decision made by a club. Any dispute over a sale or transfer is between the buyer, the seller, and the club.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
