By accessing or using ClubMarket SG, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
ClubMarket SG is an independent marketplace that lets members of the public advertise private club memberships for sale and lets interested buyers find and contact them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any club. We do not hold, process, or escrow any funds for the sale price. Every membership transfer is completed directly with the relevant club, subject to that club's own rules and approval.
ClubMarket SG charges a broker fee of 1% of the final agreed sale price for each membership sold to a buyer introduced through the site. The broker fee is normally paid by the seller and becomes payable when the sale is completed. Users must not use information or introductions obtained through ClubMarket to bypass the platform or avoid the broker fee. Browsing listings and creating an account are free. Fees charged by the club, such as transfer, entrance, or admin fees, are separate from our broker fee and are paid directly to the club.
You need an account to create listings and use account-only features. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Listings must be accurate, must relate to a membership you genuinely own or are authorised to sell, and should disclose known transfer or entrance fees. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including duplicates and listings that appear inaccurate or misleading. You grant us permission to display your content on the site for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; impersonate another person; harvest other users' personal data; use the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing; attempt to interfere with, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site; or use ClubMarket SG for anything unlawful.
When you sign in, we record session security information including your IP address, approximate location supplied by our hosting provider, device or browser information, sign-in method, and session times. We use this information to protect accounts, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, and maintain the security of the marketplace. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not independently verify listings, memberships, prices, fees, or the identity of users, and we make no warranty that any membership is transferable, that a club will approve a transfer, or that any transaction will be completed. You should confirm all details directly with the relevant club before committing to anything or paying any money.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubMarket SG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any dealings, agreements, or disputes between users, or from any decision made by a club. Any dispute over a sale or transfer is between the buyer, the seller, and the club.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
